At MOSQUITO, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is straightforward.

Returning Items for a Refund

If you’re not completely happy with your online purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item(s) to us.
To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition

  • All tags and labels must remain attached

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to appear in your bank or credit card account.

 


 

Returning Items for an Exchange

We accept exchanges for clothing items if they are:

  • Unworn

  • Complete with all original tags and labels

If the new item’s value is less than your original purchase, we will issue a store credit note valid for 12 months.
Customers must complete our Returns Form to proceed with an exchange.

 


 

Returning Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty:

  1. Contact us with your name, order date, and a description of the fault.

  2. Let us know if you would prefer a repair, exchange, or refund.

Refunds for faulty items will only be issued once the manufacturer or supplier confirms the fault. Please allow up to 2 weeks for assessment, as some items may require testing.

 


 

Incorrect Items Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us to arrange a replacement. Until your return reaches us, the goods remain your responsibility.

 


 

Condition of Returned Items

When trying on items:

  • Do not remove any tags or labels

  • Avoid wearing make-up, perfume, aftershave, or deodorant that could leave marks or scents

  • Footwear must be returned in original, undamaged packaging

We cannot accept items for refund or exchange if these conditions are not met. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 


 

Postage Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless an incorrect item was sent

  • Previous delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • You can return items free of charge in person by visiting our store, where we can often process your return on the spot
