We aim to make your online shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.
UK Standard Delivery

Delivery time: 3–5 working days (may be longer during busy periods)

Orders under £100 are charged at £3.99
UK Next Day Delivery

Cost: £5.99

Orders must be placed before 1pm Monday–Friday to qualify

Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends will be processed the next working day
International Shipping

We ship worldwide — shipping charges will be calculated at checkout

Customers are responsible for all customs charges, import duties, and taxes

These charges also apply if you are returning an item from outside the UK
Returns & Exchanges
Returning Items for a Refund
If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item(s).
To qualify for a refund:

Items must be unused and in original condition

All tags and labels must remain attached
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 working days for the amount to appear in your account.
Returning Items for an Exchange
We accept exchanges for clothing items if:

They are unworn

All tags and labels are attached
If the replacement item costs less than your original purchase, we will issue a store credit note valid for 12 months.
You must complete our Returns Form to process an exchange.
Returning Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty:

Contact us with your name, order date, and details of the fault

State whether you would like a repair, exchange, or refund
Refunds for faulty goods can only be issued once the manufacturer or supplier confirms the defect. Please allow up to 2 weeks for assessment.
Incorrect Items Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.
Until we receive your return, the goods remain your responsibility.
Condition of Returned Items
When trying on clothing:

Do not remove tags or labels

Avoid make-up, perfume, aftershave, or deodorant that could mark or scent the garment

Footwear must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging
We cannot accept returns if these conditions are not met. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Postage Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item was sent in error

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless we made a mistake with your order

You may return items in person to our store free of charge
